Experience the soul-warming character of our Genmaicha Organic, a classic Japanese specialty that marries tradition with comfort. This "dark" variety features high-quality green tea leaves blended with organic roasted brown rice, resulting in a unique, savory aroma often compared to toasted nuts or popcorn. The deep, grassy notes of the Japanese dark tea base are softened by the sweetness of the roasted grain, creating a brew that is both energizing and deeply grounding. It is an excellent choice for those who enjoy a fuller-bodied green tea with a satisfying, roasted finish.  

Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 80°C (176°F). Add 3 grams of tea per 240 ml of water. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy without milk or sugar to fully appreciate the toasted notes.
