What should I bring?
Please bring a blanket, a pillow, and something to cover your eyes if you wish. Wear comfortable clothing.
Can I eat or drink before the session?
Light meals are absolutely fine. Please avoid alcohol—it can dehydrate you and may intensify post-session sensations, potentially causing headaches. Staying well-hydrated beforehand is recommended.
What if I feel uncomfortable during the session?
You are welcome to adjust your position or leave the room quietly at any time.
